The Diary Game - October 6, 2025 - Wrapping Murree Tour and Completing Our Vehicle Registration

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today was our last day in Murree. From here we have to leave for Islamabad. So to leave Islamabad, we woke up early in the morning and got ready. After getting ready, we packed our luggage. After packing our luggage, our car was parked in the basement of the hotel we had booked, One 10. So we went straight down. Because this is a mountainous area, the fifth floor here feels like the first floor. So we were on the fifth floor, but in reality it was the first floor.

From there, we went straight down to the parking lot, checked the water level of our car, and cleaned it thoroughly. After cleaning, we took the car out. After taking it out, we made our uncles sit with us and, bidding farewell to Marree, we headed towards Islamabad.

When we are going towards Murree, we go towards the height because Islamabad is quite low. Murree is quite high in the mountains, so we have to climb uphill, but when we come back from there, the same climb takes us downward, so we go down quite a bit, so in this way we spent a good time in Murree and finally enjoyed the hills while descending.

We felt like we were walking on the ground in Murree, but in reality we were at a much higher altitude, as you can see from here, that hill that you can see on the top, the hotel that you can see on the top of the hill, we were staying there, but we didn't feel like we were there, so as we were coming down, we realized how high we were.

To make our memories a memory, we parked the car at a place where there was a nice view, and we were about to board the motorway that would take us to Islamabad. So before boarding the motorway, we stopped at a place and took some photographs so that it would remain in our memories that we had come together and enjoyed each other.

After taking photographs, we went straight to Islamabad. We had to register our car in Islamabad, so we left Murree early in the morning to register the car, but we had not had breakfast yet, so we went straight to the G-10 sector and had breakfast there first.

The most famous restaurants were not open yet, so we had to have breakfast at Quetta Restaurant, but their food there was also very good. We ordered Halwa Puri and Paratha with it and sat there and had breakfast. After having breakfast, we waited there for some time because we had not yet received the biometric of our car.

From here, we set the location on our mobile and reached a small office in Islamabad. As soon as we reached the excise office, we went straight to the inspection center, where we had to get our vehicle checked and pay the fee. After paying the fee, we got the vehicle checked and got a tracking ID number. We get biometrics on this tracking ID number. We sent that to the people from whom we had bought the vehicle. They got the biometrics done from there. After that, we had a slip. They had not given the previous card for this vehicle yet, so first of all, we took that card.

As soon as the owner of this vehicle got the biometric done, we went to the exercise office and completed our documentation, and submitted the fee. Upon submitting the fee, we got a new number plate, and along with that, our file will also be returned to us, and our vehicle will be registered. After registration, they told us that we would receive our card after 15 to 20 days.

This process seems very short, but it took us the whole day to do this work, and it was almost four to five o'clock in the evening because the biometrics were late. After that, it also takes time to submit the file and register the name because there is a lot of rush here. People come from all over Pakistan whose numbers are including Islamabad.

It was already evening. We had to go to Sahiwal from Islamabad, so we drove straight to our house without any delay. Here we chose the motorway because the motorway would take us to Sahiwal via Faisalabad, and it is a quiet route, and it also took us quickly. If we go towards Lahore, we would have to drive about 300 kilometers extra.

We were hungry on the way and we intended to go to Faisalabad and have food, so we stopped at the usual rest stops on the motorway because the purpose of stopping here is that if you have a long journey, you can buy food, go to the washroom or fill up with petrol, etc., so you can do all those things from here. So we stopped at a Tuc shop here.

We bought some biscuits from the convenience store, along with some rice, salt, and a bottle of water to tide us over. Our journey will take about three and a half hours, after which we will go to Faisalabad to have lunch. After buying these things, we continued our journey.

As soon as we reached Faisalabad, we had lunch at Al Aziz Restaurant. After having lunch at the restaurant, we sat there for a while and chatted because we had traveled a lot and we still had another 100 kilometers to go. So we rested there for a while. After resting, we left for our home.

The night had come to an end. We enjoyed our entire trip very much. We also completed our work and registered our car. We also visited Murree. It was quite dark now, and we reached our home around 10 pm.
