Hive Hotel Moruya, NSW

Hotel Hive is located on the south coast of New South Wales in Moruya Town, close to Moruya River. And the Mourya River Side Park is another tourist attraction of this area with boating facilities.

All rooms are air-conditioned with free WiFi, free parking and a flat-screen TV in each room.

We visited Moruya on Saturday evening and being a public holiday due to labor Day in Australia everything was left on auto including check in but we found everything in order after we obtained our keys from the auto check in machine.

I have stayed here twice and always found this location lovely with its beautiful surroundings of this riverside town Moruya.

The last time I visited here was in 2023 when we had a conference here and I loved its conference room even if it was small.

They claim their conference room is suitable from yoga retreats to a corporate conference or a team away day. As I said that was our local dealers conference as this area has a number of animal farms most of which are our company's clients.

So in 2023 our conference went well but our recent trip was a leisurely trip so there were no events or meetings besides everything was closed due to public holidays for a long weekend.

The self serve kiosk as we arrived on public holidays was easy and efficient apart from sun making a little difficult to operate.

Last time I was there to host my dealers so our local engineer suggested Hive Hotel and chose to stay there as well for me and my wife. The conference facility was excellent!

I guess even if the hotel is an old property but the rooms feel new and comfortable as they renovate from time to time. The bathrooms need a little more work though but comfortable.

But I can assure you if you’re here for business or leisure, there is so much to enjoy and explore in and around this beautiful riverside town. And what's more there are number of beaches within 10-20 minutes drive.

Hive Hotel, has another advantage because it is located just opposite Moruya Golf Course.
