This afternoon was a meaningful moment for me and my little family. We took the time to stop by a meatball noodle stall typical of Simpang Rangkaya, a place that is no longer foreign and is a favorite place for our family. This simple stall has a comfortable and calm atmosphere, very suitable for relaxing while enjoying favorite food in between daily activities.

The most gratifying thing is seeing my little daughter sitting spoiled on her grandmother's lap, while enjoying a bowl of warm meatball noodles served in front of her. Her cheerful smile and the way she eats makes my heart melt. Small moments like this feel so meaningful, because they bring together three generations in a warm and simple togetherness.

My parents also seemed happy to see their grandchildren enjoying their food with gusto. We sat together, chatted lightly, and enjoyed a peaceful afternoon without any burden. The cool afternoon air, plus the distinctive sounds from the stalls on the side of the road, added to the comfortable and nostalgic impression.

After enjoying the meatball noodles, I decided to continue my journey for a while to my grandmother's house, the mother of my late father. My grandmother now lives alone after all her children have married and settled in their respective places. Upon arrival there, my grandmother greeted me warmly and with a face full of emotion. As usual, without many words, she immediately rushed to the kitchen and began to prepare food.

I said, "Grandma, don't bother, I already ate at home before coming here." But as usual, Grandma just smiled and continued cooking. That's the affection of a grandmother who never tires of showing love through food and attention, even if only for a moment.

This afternoon feels complete. Togetherness, memories and affection blend in one simple journey full of meaning. I am grateful that I can still feel the warmth of family hugs and love from loved ones who are always present in my life.
