This morning with the spirit of mutual cooperation, we together with the village apparatus held an important meeting to discuss the red and white cooperative which is a new hope to improve the welfare of our village residents. Taking place in the village hall, this meeting was attended by all village officials, community leaders, youth and representatives from various hamlets.
The main focus of this meeting is to open a discussion space and share views on the cooperative's working system, long-term goals and its impact on the community's economy. We all understand that cooperatives are a shared forum that must be managed transparently, honestly and with a sense of responsibility.

The village head opened the meeting by conveying the importance of cooperatives as a driver of micro-economy in the community. The village head emphasized that the red and white cooperative must be a shared property, not just a name but also a real container that provides solutions to community needs such as savings and loans, small and medium enterprises to the provision of basic necessities at affordable prices.
In the shafing session, several residents conveyed ideas about opportunities for developing cooperatives in a more productive direction. For example, providing business capital for village MSME actors, collective procurement of agricultural equipment, and plans to open village stalls managed directly by cooperatives.

The discussion also covered membership mechanisms, savings systems, profit sharing of cooperatives and the importance of training for administrators so that cooperatives run professionally and are maximally beneficial. All meeting participants appeared enthusiastic and felt a sense of ownership towards the existence of a cooperative like this.
We believe that with the spirit of togetherness and openness, the red and white cooperative will grow into one of the pillars of the village's economic strength. It is hoped that this cooperative can strengthen the economic resilience of the community from the bottom, create new jobs and be a good example for other villages. Hopefully this step will be a good start for positive change and blessings for all residents of our village.
