Afternoons are always a much-anticipated time for the young people in our hometown. After a busy day of work, they usually gather at the village volleyball court, located right in the center of the village. Its strategic location, just off the main village road, makes it easily accessible. This field is not only a place for exercise, but also a hub for social activities that strengthen the community's sense of community.

Every afternoon, cheers are heard as the volleyball is bounced into the air. The young men enthusiastically run, jump, and try to keep the ball from falling into their own half. Although the game is simple and devoid of formal tournament rules, the spirit of sportsmanship is always upheld. There's laughter, sometimes a little argument, but everything flows smoothly with a sense of camaraderie.

This habit isn't just about exercise, but also about maintaining physical and mental health. Afternoon volleyball training keeps the body fit, fosters teamwork, and reduces fatigue after a long day of activities. Furthermore, these games serve as a way to foster camaraderie, as they're attended not only by young people but also by teenagers who cheer on the participants, and even by parents who simply watch and chat on the sidelines.

The village volleyball court is a source of pride for our villagers. Although simple, with a net pole mounted on a dilapidated floor, it creates a warm atmosphere. The court is sometimes used for other activities, such as competitions during Independence Day celebrations or simply as a gathering place for village celebrations.

Seeing the enthusiasm of the youth, this volleyball court is not just a sporting facility, but also a symbol of togetherness and the spirit of mutual cooperation. Whenever the court or equipment is damaged, the youth volunteer to repair it together. This demonstrates a strong sense of ownership of the village's facilities.

Finally, an afternoon filled with volleyball in our hometown is always a beautiful sight. Behind the bouncing balls and the boisterous laughter of the youth, we see the values of togetherness, health, and family that live on in the pulse of our village. May this simple tradition continue to be preserved for generations.
