Today I want to share my review of a place that’s very famous in Sargodha Dhuaan N Dhukaan. Although it’s not a very big restaurant in terms of space, it is extremely well known for its delicious desi food. Honestly, it’s hard to find someone in Sargodha who hasn’t heard of this spot.

People come here from all over the city to enjoy their meals, and many even order from home, as they offer free delivery service. What makes it even more special for me is that it’s located right behind our university we can simply walk there and they even deliver orders directly to our campus. The place is affordable too, which is perfect for students like us.

Dhuaan N Dhukaan is located at Zafarullah Chowk on the main Zafarullah Road. From the outside, it looks like a small corner shop, but it's always full. As you approach, especially in the evening, the lighting makes it look very attractive. There’s a big wooden door at the entrance, styled like old traditional designs.

Once you open the door, you step inside to find a cozy space with a welcoming vibe. The order counter is directly in front, and that's where the owner, Rana Waseem, usually sits. He personally takes orders and manages the place with great care.

The interior is quite creative and thoughtfully designed. The color theme combines yellow and black, and the ceiling is mostly black with yellow artistic touches. Behind the counter, the wall is decorated beautifully with hanging frames, a suggestion box.

And photos of notable guests including government officials and famous personalities who have visited the restaurant and praised their food. There’s even an award they received, proudly displayed.

On one wall, there’s a display of tributes to social workers, and what caught my eye was a beautifully carved wooden portrait of Abdul Sattar Edhi. It’s touching to see how they’ve honored people who’ve helped others in need. There’s also a box placed for donations to help needy people a small gesture that shows how much they care about giving back to the community.

There’s a separate juice and coffee counter on the side, and the whole place feels very well-ventilated and comfortable. The antique decor gives it a unique vibe old style boxes fixed on the walls, polished and repainted, giving off a vintage charm.

Overhead, glass bottles with fairy lights are hanging from ropes, which they light up at night. It’s such a clever and beautiful way to reuse simple items for decoration.

When we went, my younger sister and I sat on one of the black leather sofass very soft and comfortable. There was a fan above us and another one nearby, so the environment was cool and relaxing. We looked through the menu on our phone and ordered chicken chapli kabab with rice, a disposable glass, and a cold drink.

Our order arrived in around 10 minutes, and during that time we took a few pictures and chatted. The meal was served fresh and smelled amazing. The chicken chapli kababs were soft, crispy on the outside, and full of flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the chicken tikka had a delicious, well spiced flavor.

With it, they served salad (cucumber, carrots, onions) and raita that had black pepper mixed in which added a great touch. The food was more than enough for two people, and everything tasted very fresh.

After finishing the meal, the waiter brought us the bill 572 rupees (around 16 Steem) in total. For two people, it was such a great value.We were full and satisfied, and it felt like a perfect little outing. We thanked the staff, paid the bill, and left happily.
