Hello friends Today I am sharing my experience for Steem Atlas S24W2 – Health Center Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar Today I will tell you all about my visit to (HMC).

_{Department of cardiology}

The place I visit

I went to the Medical Complex in Hayatabad. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa HMC is a sizable and significant government hospital. Since its inception in 1992 it has been assisting people. The hospital contains numerous departments to treat various illnesses and is open twenty-four hours a day. For therapy people travel here from all around the province and even Afghanistan.

How did you get there?

We took a car to the Hayatabad Medical Complex. My granny was in so much pain that she was unable to sit so my uncle drove us. Since the car was quicker and more comfortable for her we decided to buy it. We departed early in the morning because the hospital was a little far away.

The reason for my visit

My granny got a hip bone fracture on April 18 2025 therefore I went to Hayatabad Medical Complex with her. She was in a lot of pain after falling at home. We searched for a local hospital but nobody was there to provide her with the care she needed. We therefore brought her to the Hayatabad Medical Complex. We proceeded to the orthopedic ward after first taking an OPD slip for her.

After examining her the physicians ordered a X-ray. They verified that her hip bone was broken after reviewing the report. For appropriate care and surgery they recommended that we admit her. She was admitted that same day. We thought she was in good hands and the staff was helpful.

The level of maintenance and cleanliness of the facility

The hospital's amenities for both patients and guests were excellent. Everything was clean and well-run. To keep everything immaculate there were employees that worked around the clock. We observed them repeatedly cleaning the restrooms and floors.

There was a café inside the hospital where patients could purchase meals tea and snacks. For those in immediate need of cash there was also a bank and an ATM. Patients and their families found the hospital stay easier because to all of these facilities.

Staff Quality

The hospital personnel was incredibly helpful and nice. They were considerate and respectful of my grandmother. The staff and physicians appeared skilled and knowledgeable. They were courteous and used straightforward language to explain everything to us. They were trying their hardest to help my grandmother feel better so we felt at ease.

Waiting time

The lengthy wait time was the only thing that annoyed us. We had to wait at every stage including the X-ray the doctor's check-up and the outpatient department because there were too many patients. My grandmother was exhausted but we were patient since we understood how busy the hospital was.

Parking

Cars may easily park in the large parking space at the hospital. Additionally there is a lovely verdant lawn where guests can unwind. Family members are permitted to visit during designated visiting hours if an individual is admitted. The location appears serene and pleasant which provides a little comfort.

My negative experience

The lengthy wait was our worst experience. The entire process took about a week even though we only needed one day of therapy. My grandmother was in agony so it was difficult for her. Things progressed slowly in the overcrowded hospital. Although we were anxious we continued to hope that she would be treated.
