Introduction

Seven-Eleven is an international convenience store chain. It is a store where people's daily necessities are provided 34 hours a day. It was first opened in Dallas, Texas, USA, but is currently owned by the Japanese Seven & i holding company. Due to its very good service, it has about 70,000 plus branches in 20+ countries worldwide.

It first started in the Philippines in 1984 and now it has expanded its branches to many major cities in the Philippines.

To the right of the main entrance to the shop, there was an ice cream deep freezer where local and foreign ice cream of various colors, flavors and different characteristics were kept. The prices of the ice creams were relatively on par with other places. Next to the ice cream freezer, there were some wine bottles arranged on some trays and next to it were various mobile phone accessories. Apart from this, an automatic machine was also installed to load the mobile SIM where the customers could reload their SIM themselves.

Then, a little away from them, another shelf was kept which only contained chocolates. This shelf was equipped with all the tempting chocolates of different brands. Some of the brands were kit-kat, take-it, expo-pinus, ricola etc., besides there were some other snacks called Boy bawang, corn tube. Besides, various ingredients for combining Ice cup drinks were also equipped on the shelf.

Beside this, there were three more separate shelves where canned Pringles biscuits, packaged Butter Macaroons and some umbrellas were kept. Canned Pringles biscuits are quite popular and easily available all over the world, in our country these biscuits are also available in various supermarkets or convenience stores. However, although the umbrellas there seem very expensive in terms of our country's currency, they are very cheap for the citizens of that country in the local currency of the Philippines.

Beside this, there were two machines which are used to make coffee and take hot water for cup noodles. These machines have pre-made coffee and tea which are heated instantly. And to make instant cup noodles kept under the machines, hot water is taken from a machine here, just take hot water and keep the top cap closed for 3-4 minutes and the cup noodles are ready.

Next to this was the hot surface. In 7-Eleven, a hot surface refers to a place where hot and delicious cooked food is available. Among these foods, the number of foods made with chicken is high. There are many types of foods available there, including chicken lollop, chicken stick, chicken fillet, chicken Shanghai, corndog bites, and other types of foods.

On another shelf next to this, there were various types of chocolates, chewing gum, and snacks. These snacks are usually foreign brands and are known for being very delicious foods. Chocolate snacks of several other brands including snickers, doubmint, chupa-chups, skittles, skirt, m&m chocolate, mentos, maltesers, and others were arranged.
