Dutch Bangla Bank is a very popular bank in Bangladesh. To provide banking facilities to the people of remote areas of the country, it has opened banks in every union. Not only that, but to get closer to the people, it has opened ATM booths in every neighborhood, which has transformed the concept of branchless banking in the country. The number of Dutch Bangla ATM booths is increasing day by day. Common people like us avail all kinds of banking services from these booths.

While installing ATMs, the sites are selected by considering many factors like easy accessibility using various transport, wide and open space, and population density of the surrounding area. Dutch Bangla Bank has used world-famous NCR, Wincor, and Diebold ATMs in their ATM fleet.

All their ATMs are EMV-enabled (with chip) and hence highly secure. Dutch Bangla Bank is the only bank that uses ATMs EMV-compliant.

ATM booths are usually open for customers 24 hours a day. Here, a duty officer is present from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Then a security guard is also present 24 hours a day. After the duty officer leaves, one booth is open, and the rest of the booths are locked at the collapsible gate.

I entered the Boroi tola ATM booth. I entered at a time when the main booth was closed. An emergency booth was open. I entered the booth. Here I saw people withdrawing money in a line. I also stood in line and withdrew my money.

As soon as I entered the booth, I saw a warning message, which mentioned how to protect myself from fraud and also gave instructions on how to solve any problem that arises.
I looked inside the booth, and I saw some more booths lined up inside, which are currently closed.

At the time of withdraw money by ATM card
There are several CCTV cameras inside the booth to cover every inch of space, so that if any problem occurs in the booth, it is recorded.
There are also some instructions inside the booth on how to deposit money through CRM. By following these instructions, anyone can deposit money at the bank booth.
I withdrew my desired amount and left the bank with 100% satisfaction.
