Today I am going to share a delicious food recipe. Today I will cook Beef Tehari. It takes a lot of tests. I am going to share this delicious recipe with my steemian friends.

First, I cut 1 kg of beef into small pieces. Then I washed it in clean water and drained the water.

I put a pan on the stove. Then I added 1 cup of mustard oil. Mustard oil should definitely be used in this recipe, otherwise the taste will increase. I also added a cup of onion.

After adding the onion, I added a few pieces of cardamom, cinnamon, red pepper flakes, and cloves. To enhance the taste, I will add 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste here. I lightly stir these for a while.

Here I will add the readymix beef Tehari masala bought from the market. I added the masala here. I stirred it for a while.

After adding all the spices, I added 2 cups of water to grind the spices. I will grind the spices before the oil comes to the top.

The spices are ground. Now I will add the washed meat. After adding the meat, I will mix the spices with the meat well. And in this way, I will stir it for a while and grind the meat well.
My meat is minced. Now I will add water to cook the meat. Of course, you have to add hot water so that the meat will cook well.

After cooking the meat for about 30 minutes, the meat is cooked through and the water has also dried up. I will now remove the meatballs from the pan.
I have washed half a kilo of polao rice well and drained the water. You need to drain the water from the rice well.

After removing the meat, I will add the washed rice to the same pan. I will stir the rice well and fry it.
After the rice is fried, I will add water here. Of course, you have to use boiling hot water. You have to add double the amount of water for the rice you use. I took half a kilo of rice, so I added 1 kilo of water.
My rice is about 60% cooked. There is still some water in the rice. At this point, I need to mix the meat. Then the meat will mix well with the rice.

The water has dried up. At this point, I will add a few pieces of raw chili. I will sprinkle 1 teaspoon of kewra water to enhance the aroma. I will mix everything and put a lid on it.
At this point, my rice will be 80% cooked. Then I will turn off the stove. I will stir it 2-3 times every 5-7 minutes. If you cook it this way, the tehari will be fluffy and delicious to eat. My cooking is complete. Now I will take it off the stove and serve it hot.
I took Tehari on a plate to eat. I took 1 lemon, 4 cucumbers and 1 green chili with me to eat. I ate it. The food tasted amazing.
