Today I am going to share a delicious food recipe. Today I will cook duck meat. It can be eaten with bread, pulao, white rice, chawal pitha, it takes a lot of tests. I am going to share this delicious recipe with my steemian friends.

Here, I cut 1 kg of duck meat into small pieces. Then I washed it well in clean water. I soaked it in water.

I took the meat in a pan. I added onion, cinnamon, cardamom, red pepper, cloves, ginger garlic paste, cumin coriander mix, black pepper, turmeric, and soybean oil And salt to taste.
After adding all the ingredients, mix well. Then cover and leave it for 30 minutes. This will allow the spice ingredients to mix well with the meat.
Now I'm going to put the pan in the oven. I'm going to heat it up well over medium heat.
I browned the meat on medium heat. If the meat is not browned well, the spice ingredients will not penetrate well into the meat. Mix some pieces of potato.
After grinding the meat well, I added water here. Of course, you have to add hot water. Duck meat is a little tough, so if you add hot water, it will cook well in a short time.
My meat is almost done cooking. Now I add a few pieces of raw chili to enhance the taste and sprinkle half a teaspoon of hot masala powder.
My cooking is complete. Now I turn off the stove.
I served it in a bowl for eat. It was very tasty.

Hasta ahora no he probado la carne de pato, pero si he escuchado que es dura.
Me encantó el resultado, pero al parecer se debe comenzar temprano a cocinar para que esté lista a tiempo.
Cuantas horas te llevo cocinar la carne?

It took me about 1 hour to cook. I mixed all the spices and fried them for a while. Then I cooked them with boiling hot water. Cooking them with boiling hot water took less time.

Esta es una receta muy buena, aunque la carne necesita su tiempo para tener una buena cocción, pero se ve deliciosa.
