Bireuen Regency Government Holds Farewell and Welcome for Kodim 0111/Bireuen.

The Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab) held a farewell and welcome night between the old officials of Dandim 0111/Bireuen, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Ade Munandar, SIPem and the new Dandim, Lieutenant Colonel Arh Luthfi Novriadi, SE, SSos, MHan, MSc, Friday (4/7/2026) night, at the Regent's Pendopo.

The Regent of Bireuen, H Mukhlis, ST in a meeting attended by the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) and the ranks of the Bireuen Regency Government, as well as the invitees, welcomed Lieutenant Colonel Arh Luthfi Novriadi, SE, SSos, Mhan, MSc, and his wife to Bireuen Regency.

On behalf of myself, the local government, and the people of Bireuen, we express our highest gratitude and appreciation to Lieutenant Colonel Inf Ade Munandar, SIPem for the dedication, devotion, and cooperation that has been well established while serving in Bireuen Regency," said the Regent.

He said that many achievements and positive contributions have been made by the Bireuen Kodim during the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Ade Munandar.

"How the synergy between the TNI and the local government runs well, including in maintaining security stability, disaster management, food security assistance, TMMD, to active roles in various social community activities," said the Regent.

For the new officials at the Bireuen Kodim, Regent Mukhlis said, welcome and good luck on duty.

Good luck on duty new Dandim, we are sure, believe with the experience, leadership, integrity that he has, the presence of Lieutenant Colonel Arh Luthfi Novriadi will bring new enthusiasm to Kodim 0111/Bireuen, strengthening the synergy and collaboration between the TNI and the local government, Polri, and all elements of society," he said.

Meanwhile, the new Dandim 0111/Bireuen, Lieutenant Colonel Arh Luthfi Novriadi hopes that synergy, kinship, and harmony, especially the Forkopimda in Bireuen will improve.

"We are also trying to work hard to be able to work together to help the Regent, also the police, prosecutors, courts, and other elements or stakeholders," explained Lieutenant Colonel Luthfi.

"As new residents, we ask for guidance and direction, instructions, if there is something that is not right, we ask that it be corrected, there is no problem," he said.

"I am sure that all corrections, input, criticism are because there is a sense of love for us for our progress and improvement, it's just that people don't want to progress if they don't want to be criticized," he said.
