Land Fires in Four Different Locations, Bireuen Firefighters Struggle to Put Out the Fires.

Land fires occurred in Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, Monday, 07/07/2025, the fires occurred in four locations, namely in three incidents in Peusangan District and one incident in Jeumpa District Bireuen.

The first fire occurred at around 12.00 WIB in Gampong Baro, Peusangan, which borders Cot Keuranji Village. Land covering an area of ​​more than 1,000 square meters burned before being successfully extinguished at 13.00 WIB.

Three fire fleet units from the Bireuen Main Post and one fleet unit from the Kuta Blang Post were deployed to the scene to extinguish the fire. Before they had time to rest, officers were again deployed to Teupok Village, Jeumpa, to extinguish the next fire.

One fire fleet unit from the Juli Post was deployed to Teupok Village, Jeumpa District to extinguish the fire that was burning land in the area.

While the extinguishing process was ongoing, a third fire report came from the hill area behind the Almuslim University (Umuslim) Peusangan Flats at around 15:00 WIB.

The fire that burned more than 500 meters of hilly land was finally brought under control. However, at 16:30 WIB, officers were called back to Gampong Baro, Peusangan, to handle the fourth fire.

The cause of the fires in the four locations is not yet known for sure, there were no fatalities in the incident.
