Burgers n Chill

Got a few steps in today... Also made some super delicious burgers. Not exactly the most healthy meal but you know, one of the most American meals.

I roasted and then steamed fresh bell peppers and tomatoes to go on them. I also roasted garlic then torched it before smashing the full cloves on each patty. Then melted havati cheese on top.

You know when a burger is so good it doesn't even need sauce... That's what these were. Toasted the buns of course to give it a nice crunch. I was in heaven for all 4 bites lol.
