Ha. :) Literally last week, electricity was cut off in our village from 8 am to 5 pm. Do you know what it is to stay at home without electricity in winter? It means sitting without heating. Cold. And hungry. We have already lost the habit of living without electricity. Without it, cities will die.

We were down just before midnight Saturday night until 3 Sunday afternoon due to a fuse that blew.
Luckily it was not winter. We had a braai (South African barbecue) for lunch and we made milkshakes with the ice-cream that was defrosted.
Every day I see the impact of no electricity on businesses. It is so sad.
