The Diary Game |29-03-2025 | "I had a great afternoon with my friend after a long time today."
I never thought I would meet my friend on the last day of Ramadan. I will go to the village tomorrow, the 30th, and today is my last day in the city. Suddenly, I saw a call from my friend in the afternoon, and I thought he might have called me for some other reason, but he asked me if I was in the city or had gone to the village. When he came to my house, we spent a long time talking. Today, I requested my friend to have Iftar at my flat.
We went out for some time in the afternoon to have a walk outside. We went inside the Dinajpur Primary Teachers Training Center and spent some time there. The training center was completely empty due to the Eid holidays, only a few staff members were there. We sat in the field and chatted for a while.
Today will be the last iftar in our flat. Some guests will come to our flat today, who used to live in this flat before and now work there. Today my elder brothers will come so I don't have to do any shopping (seniors are forbidding) they will bring it. I went to the city with my friend and will stay for some time. Today the city is quite empty as there is no shopping center in this place. When we returned from the city, I will only buy bananas for iftar. I went to a banana shop and bought a dozen bananas for 120 taka per dozen. I returned to the flat with my friend with the bananas.
Today, a total of 12 people will have iftar. We will not have a dining place, we elder brothers left the place and came to the room. Shahin gave us iftar in the room, we two friends will have iftar in the room. Today, the last iftar in the city was completed. After the iftar, we prayed and rested in the room for a while.
My friend's house is in Parbatipur (40 km from the city). He will be leaving. We left the flat and came to Suihari. My friend told me that I need to eat some fruits. We went to a fruit shop nearby and first ate papaya and then pineapple. Every fruit here is very good and tasty. Here, the katafal is spread with delicious chaat masala which enhances the taste of the fruit. I hugged my friend and said goodbye by wishing him Eid. I returned home and turned on the computer and started working. There were three of us in the flat that night so we spent some time talking.
