Most logistics and transportation companies are known for disappointing customers sometimes when it comes to transporting parcels and it is more frustrating when they open up late to you after wasting time at their terminal. Sorry about that experience.

The worst of it is when they start behaving as if they are doing a favour to a customer by transporting your parcel you paid for. Zero customer care for these companies and when customers run away, they rant about it.
