The Dairy Game: My Not So Busy Day Tales(04-08-2025)

Hi, I'm Blessing Isong, a young promising lady from Nigeria and a newcomer on the platform with the username @blezisong. I was onboarded few days ago and so far, I've been exploring different communities with my diary game and today's episode happens to fall here.

When I woke up this morning around the hours of 5am due to the terrifying dream I had, I felt the need to pray but before praying, I read the Bible and there's this portion of the Bible I love reading when I feel there's an unseen battle within and that's Psalm 35:1. I praised God for some minutes after reading the Bible before praying, I spent one hour plus in the devotion and felt relieved after the devotion.

I began to do my chores during the early hours of the morning, the chores included sweeping and mopping the house, washing dishes and doing some laundry. I felt this unusual energy that morning and utilized it to the best of my ability, I was done with the chores by some minutes past 10am and had my bath.

I didn't have breakfast because I had no appetite for food, I find it difficult to eat when I'm alone except when the hunger is extreme. I walked round the compound looking for some activities to do but couldn't find any, I went back into the room and laid down. In the afternoon, when there was electricity supply I watched movies and went to bed when I was tired and felt sleepy. I woke up very hungry and ate, I had soup at home so I bought eba, warmed the soup and had my lunch.

In the evening, my neighbor's kids came around to play with my nephew but unfortunately my nephew wasn't with me anymore and they came while I was preparing dinner so when I was done with the preparation, I served them the meal though I first took permission from their mom and she accepted. I engaged them in play and they went home after to sleep.

My day wasn't a busy one but these activities I highlighted made it unique and I'm posting this late because of the bad network in my area since late afternoon due to the poor weather condition. I'm grateful to have you read my blog today, see you on the next one.
