A single image of yourself and maybe another image demonstrating a pregnant woman would have been better. You equally need to apply markdown on your content to make it more attractive to read. For instance justify text, and adding sub text explaining your images would have been awesome.

You also need to engage in other users content with comments and upvotes, this way you create your own circle of friends on the platform.
