The Diary Game: Soaked By The Rain And Running House Errands (04-08-2025)

Hi my friends, good evening to you all, in some minutes we will be in another day, trying to do everything at the same time can be very tiring, attending to my family, going to work and church, all packed in a single day but then diary game must be shared and that is sacrosanct.

Early in the morning when I went out to go and buy food items for breakfast, the big rain fell and I was unfortunate to have gone out that time, even when I was with umbrella, the rain was still dealing with me, my whole body was soaked up on rain and I was shivering when I came back to the house. My hubby was so mad at me for going out and not allow him to but I explained to him that I did not want to bother anyone, he was still angry.

When I went inside the house, I went straight to the bathroom to bath and and freshen up so that I can come out and cook breakfast before going to work. But before I finished bathing, my husband had already finished making the tea, I drank it and ate the bread before I went to work, my son was at my husband's family house so I was supposed to pick him up when I get back from work.

When I went to work, I had a nice time, my boss even bought another breakfast for me, this was unreal because unlike him that will scold me for coming to work late. After eating I appreciated him and continued with my work. Though I had so much to do at work but the joy of my boss buying me breakfast was everything that really strengthened me, I worked with so much joy and happiness.

When I came back from work, I took my bag and went to church because we are in our workers week and I won't stay back from church for a single day as I am the lead worker in the church. The service was a brief one and after the service, I paid my way down to my hubby's family house.

When I got to my hubby's family house, I saw my son, he was so happy to see me, grandpa had dressed him up for me to come and pick him, then I took him back home so that he could sleep as it was raining when we got back to the house. On reaching our house, I came out and washed the clothes we wore.

After that, I dished the food in the pot and we ate it, it was small beans that wasn't even enough, so I decided to prepare rice and stew for us to eat for dinner. I bought rice but the remaining items were home so I began to cook it around 5pm and by 6:44pm I was done with the food and then I waited for hubby to come so we could eat, I dished that of my son's to him.

When hubby came back from work, we ate together and then I went to the parlour to varender to sit and write my diary far away from where my son could see me so he won't disturb me a d distract me from my post. I think I have been able to share how a day of a mother and worker looked like, I am glad you are all happy reading this diary.
