So so sorry madam,this is so disappointing, imagine the kind of stress that you passes through couple with your ill health , could you imagine that you have paid for the mail and they still get mind to drop your bag,I see that the management of the transit ara not doing well,at least they should konw who paid first or the kind of iterms that is in the bag to avoid damage.
This attitude is every where even in my country Nigeria,it still the same, this was a shocking moment because all hope got disappointed, the finances wasted,so sorry about that madam,may next time you take another trampoline or agency, because this is bad and nothing to drive home about.
