The Diary Game: A Lesson Of Resilience During Matchday Between Ashdod Panthers Fc Vs Maccabi Hadera Women (11/09/2025)

So friends, I would like to talk about 11/09/2025. It was a match day for us at Ashdod Panthers Fc. So, when I woke up, I looked myself on the mirror and cheered myself up because I knew I can get it done!

Now, that's one thing about me, I do not leave a space for failure, no- I speak positivity everyday and even though the team we were about to play with were as strong as other bigger teams in the league, my head was high. I first had to go on a walk that morning after taking my breakfast.

So, after covering a distant, I sat down and just got relaxed because it was really sunny. I do this every time we have match just to clear my head off every negativity and worries because immediately I get to that pitch and mount my guard, I expect nothing less from myself.

When I finished, I stood up and went back home. This was by 12:20pm after staying outside since morning. When I got to my flat, my coach dropped the message on our whatsapp group, he asked everyone to report to the stadium, it was a Home match and then we went there.

Now, where it got intensed was when my teammates were talking about how tough these guys were. I mean they talked so high of Maccabi Hadera Women and it felt like I was beginning to loose my guard but then my coach reached out to me and called me a name that I have adopted 'Trapper'. He said I was going to hold these guys down and put them under me and that boosted up my moral.

When the time slated for the match began, we lined up for a group picture before the match commenced. For those that watched it live, I was very anxious on the night for the first 45 minutes. The shots were crazy and I think my defence did not really understand the pattern of Football Hadera Women were playing.

The line up before the match

When we came in the second half, we had our chance to score like twice but then we couldn't and that was how the match between Ashdod Panthers Vs Maccabi Hadera Women ended in a goal-less outing. We did our best and I guess Hadera Women did theirs too, that's football, and this is what I was born to do. Next stop, we will have other women to deal with the unbreakable Ashdod Panthers.

I APPRECIATE 💓

A goalless draw at least sounds as if the goalkeeper knows his stuff ;-))

Yea, but we needed 3 points, at the same time, we did not lose, so I think that was a nice outing and plus I am keeping a clean sheet.
