Madam,I have read your post, infact if everyone will read this script,I think those that always put procrastination as priority will stopped it and start taking decisions to bring chance in their life,I have to agree with you that,we are fun of putting blames to people , waiting for others to give testimonies about a particular thing, a lot of potentials are in our hands but we live the life of depending on people, not making choice about our life, which the power of choice and decisions are in our hands.
