Generally, appam prepares on using coconut milk, but today I prepare appam on using Flattened rice so don't use coconut in this dish.

How the batter of Appam is prepared.

Is it just by soaking poha and then grinding it to a smooth paste??

Yes i need this facility in steem also,hope we see here also soon.

Just like idli batter preparation,additional we add soaked poha with it. We grind all together.
