Aminul Islam Bulbul brings so many positives to the team. After the resignation of Nazmul Hasan Papon, the former President Faruque and Co. called some young players to the team. Parvez Emon is one of them. After a successful BPL, he was waiting for that. Eventually, he scored a Century against the UAE. Day by day, he is proving why he is on the team. With his aggressive batting ability, he is a fantastic fielder.

Shamim Hossain, a player who played for the national team before. Never proved the talent he has shown in the previous time. He was always performing at domestic. But failed on the International level. Fans never liked his approach to the team. He was always questioned by the fans. But now, he has changed. A man with vision and mission. Performing consistently. Now he is considered a Hero.

The inclusion of Muhammad Saifuddin and Mohammad Naim Sheikh is another achievement of this board member. Both of them have already proved why they were called back. Which was missing in the previous years. We saw, player with below-average performance playing for the team year after year. No matter how bad his form was.
