Renovate an old house to make it look better

this morning I woke up with my favorite cup of coffee. For the past few days, I have been busy renovating my old house that I just got. I started doing it little by little, my wife and I. As I said, it helps reduce costs because I haven’t done anything substantial since I moved in for 2 years. My wife wants to open a shop. The house is quite old. There are traces of termites that have climbed up to the roof. I was very surprised. What are these termites eating? The house is made of cement and steel. Finally, I found out what the termites were eating up there. It was the leaves that were piled up on the roof.
