RE: It's Hot Y'all! Is He Wearing Shorts? July 11, 2019 VLOG

Aaaw.... your poor chickens! I do gotta laugh cos I live in Northern Thailand where everyone keeps chickens, no one has chicken houses at all and 108F is pretty standard in the hot dry season - sometimes EVERY day for 5-6-8 weeks! The Thai chickens are definitely climate adjusted and not requiring such VIP care.

Adapting for climate change? Man - we need to get this stuff sorted and shared.

Think about coming over to @ecotrain sometime for a look-see - very welcome to use the tag for any-all content which is about "making the world a better place".

Best regards from Asia, where it's too darn hot to go out in the later afternoon and an hour inside with the AC on enjoying my steem friends makes a LOT of sense.

Thank you for the invite. Yeah, the humidity is what is the killer here. We have lived in both dry and humid areas of the world and this South Arkansas humidity just seems to take the cake on zapping energy out of you. And none of our other chickens get that treatment...kind of have to secure our investment in those though since we eat them ourselves and sell them as part of our farm business. If you've seen our other videos, most of them free range, but those are a niche product of being pasture raised. We do the same with quail. I'll have to head over and check y'all out. Thanks again.
