It was incredible to have this hanging there outside of our kitchen. If you wanted a snack it was sitting there vending bananas any time. They started to ripen at the top and worked their way to the bottom over about 2 1/2 weeks. These are some of the best tasting and high in beta carotene. More than other varieties of bananas.
