Thank you for sharing. Do you see grains germinate at all? I know sprouts have more nutrients than just seeds. By the way, I drink Keifer water and Kombucha tea every day. I believe they have helped me to be more healthy!

Mmmmmm I miss my kefir grains! I am going to have to get me some more!! Thank you for the reminder!! I have a ginger bug on the go right now! I think we are missing alot of the original food and preparations. Food is our medicine. Not an industry!! How fabulous you are enjoying them, too!!!
I do sprout, but separately. I use alot of mung and adzuki beans.
I didn't know about the ginger bug before. I like raw and cooked ginger already, and can't wait to try fermented ginger! Thank you for sharing the information. :-)
