We haven't raised a flock of meat birds yet but i sure hope to in the near future. The flavor and health quality is so much better.Do you pluck yours? In the past when we've taken roosters or various hens here and there I've just skinned them. But if we raise them proper Id like to pluck them and keep the skins on
