It is the easiest way to make infused oils. I will attempt the hot infusion process one day, but for now I am comfy with the cold fusion way.
I am super anxious for the six weeks to be up so I can make some grilled salmon with the lemon balm infused oil... yummy!!
PS... I NEVER had a gen thumb before either, but things change
