It's a damn shame. Hong Kong is the perfect mix of Chinese culture and Western culture. The people there are free and open-minded. They follow their dreams and protest what they don't agree with. I don't think people will take it sitting down. They will either get out while they can or there will be some of uprising.
I sure hope that's the case. Hong Kong is one of my favorite places to visit. It reminds me of home, even though it is on the other side of the planet. The CCP has a lot to deal with if Hong Kong shows the rest of China how to rise up against the government.
