DPO (District Police Office) Sahiwal

To further enhance my contribution to the Steam Atlas, I am representing DPO Sahiwal today. I went to DPO Sahiwal to get my character certificate made, based on which I took all the pictures there and want to share them with you here.

Due to the huge rush, I couldn't take a picture of them outside. I'll show you this from the internet as a reference. As soon as I entered the cat, the first thing I saw were the signboards because it is a fairly large area and the signboards tell us which way to go for our tasks.

The main purpose of the DPO office Sahiwal is that it keeps the police of the entire district under its control, follows all kinds of rules and regulations, you get all kinds of documentation from the police authority here, apart from this, the PSO is present here, the court is located here and there are many other arrangements that you have to visit here whenever you want to engage in any legal activity.

Since I had come here to get my character certificate, as soon as I entered the gate, I saw the Khidmat Markaz Center on the right side where our character certificate or our police driving license is renewed or renewed.

As soon as I entered the service center, the first thing I did was to take a token. Taking a token is very important because this way, there is no rush, and we get our work done according to our numbers. There are three to four counters here, each counter has a separate queue. Seating has been arranged on both sides of the hall so that ladies and men can sit separately. Apart from this, there was a good atmosphere here. AC, etc., were installed, and you get the best facilities.

I went here to get my character certificate made, so they first gave me a template with the PSID number written on it. I submitted the fee online through this number. The biggest advantage here is that we can submit the fee online from our application. Apart from this, we can also physically submit the fee by going to the service center, as is the case here.

Thus, my character certificate was applied for, and they said that I will get it within three working days. After that, you can get it from here whenever you visit.

If we go a little further from this building, we see the office of the Punjab Safe City Authority. If you have any kind of problem here, if you have any kind of fear, you can register your complaint here. The Government of Pakistan and, Punjab Police will fully cooperate with you and will bring you justice and provide you with complete security.

The best thing here was that each building was designed separately, and there is a proper road in front of each building from where you can see plants around it that have been planted for beauty, and there is a lawn that is full of grass.

All the buildings are on one side, and the other side, you see an open ground with grass and trees. There are places to sit here and wait.

The DPO offices have been made beautiful in every way. The corners of the roads where we pass through have stones placed there for beauty, and plants have been planted along with them, which add another dimension to it.

If you look in front, you will see the PSO office where you can register any kind of complaint. Usually, the District Police Officers who are here stay here. They try to provide all the facilities to the people to listen to their concerns.

The PSO has been beautifully decorated. A small plot has been created in front of it, with flowers, etc., planted inside and the name of the District Police Officer written inside it, which further adds to the beauty of the place.

If you look at the back of all these buildings, there are washrooms built there, separate washrooms for ladies and gents, and this facility has been provided for all the people who come and for all the servants present here.

Furthermore, since we are Pakistanis, the majority of Muslims in Pakistan are Muslims, a mosque has been built here for them so that whenever it is time for prayer, they can pray here in congregation.

A large mosque has been built here. A large number of people can pray here. This is a very good facility. A special Imam has been appointed for this mosque who leads the five daily prayers.

Motorcycles are not allowed inside here. Only official vehicles can enter here. Therefore, a special parking space has been provided for them, which also has a shed above it so that we can park our vehicles in the shade during the hot season.

Those who have relatives in prison or need to visit them also bring their motorbikes and cars inside and park them there. It is a safe place, and good parking is provided.

This is the District Police Office in Sahiwal, and you can get all kinds of facilities here. They also have online websites where you can go and give your feedback on how they are doing. They try to improve their work further with your feedback.
