Pondok D'Trieng 3 Beach at the West End of Indonesia

Located on the western tip of Sumatra Island, precisely in Syamtalira Bayu District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, Pondok D'Trieng 3 Beach offers a natural charm that not many other tourist attractions have. The journey to this location can be taken via the Lancok - Meraksa route, a route that penetrates the countryside with beautiful landscapes and cool air.

Once in the Pondok D'Trieng 3 area, visitors will be greeted by a row of shady trees that grow down to the shoreline. The sitting area under the shade of ketapang and sea pandanus trees provides natural shade, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The atmosphere created is so peaceful, accompanied by the sound of the waves and the soothing sea breeze.

The beach is quite well managed. There are many blue and orange plastic chairs and tables arranged neatly along the beach area. In addition, there are also colorful roofed huts and wooden bales that can be rented for a more comfortable resting place. The main stall is located not far from the parking area and huts, providing a variety of food and drinks at very affordable prices.

The menu available at Pondok D'Trieng 3 is very diverse, ranging from fresh drinks such as young coconut ice, various types of squash, fresh fruit juices, to coffee and favorite sachet drinks. For food, there are various processed instant noodles served with seafood toppings such as crab, shrimp, mussels, and squid, as well as fried rice, french fries, fried meatballs, and various other light snacks. Prices range from Rp 6,000 (2.92 Steem) to Rp 50,000 (2.44 Steem), depending on the menu choice. This makes the place very pocket-friendly, both for students and big families.

One of the favorites is the whole young coconut, served with a spoon and straw straight from the shell. While sipping the refreshing coconut water, visitors can enjoy the view of the open sea that stretches beautifully in front of the eyes.

I myself visited Pondok D'Trieng 3 Beach with some friends after class. The relaxing atmosphere under the shade of the trees, plus the breeze of the beach, is really a solace after a day of studying. To quench my thirst, I ordered a whole young coconut for only Rp12,000 (5.86 Steem), really fresh and just right for a student's pocket. While sitting on a plastic bench overlooking the sea, we enjoyed the quiet afternoon, joking around and capturing moments together. This beach is not only a tourist spot, but also a place to build simple yet memorable memories.

Pondok D'Trieng 3 Beach is open from 8am to 6pm. The best time to visit is early morning to late afternoon when the sun is not too hot, and visitors can enjoy the shady atmosphere under the trees.
