What does your daily routine look like? (From the start of your morning to bedtime.
My day starts between some time in the morning at about 7am when I get up, and get my first message of the day-my phone. I answer the important ones immediately and fly off to spend a bit of morning doing domestic things so that the day would be run straight. Afterwards, I take a good breakfast in order to revive my gusto. Once sitting down, I submit a post on Steemit on thoughts, new information or anything that is inspirational that day.
Afternoons and mornings are likely to be dedicated to the advertisement of the apartments to the individuals who show interest in short-let housing. I identify with the potential clients, entertain inquiries and give the most preferable options. Evenings; I just unwind, relax and clear my mind to get a nice day tomorrow.
Which health or food habit has helped you the most?
Eating balanced meals by maintaining proper portions is one health and food habit that has worked best in my favor. Being Nigerian, I like our local food rice and beans, vegetable soups, and fruits but I like to get a tasty chicken shawarma every now and then. I do my best to drink lots of water everyday, and have some sort of vegetable with every meal (like ugu leaves in a clear soup, or fresh salad on the side). Late eating has cut in significantly in my energy levels as well. To me, it is not about avoiding completely things that I love eating but how to balance things between them and something healthier in order to remain strong, active and joyful.
What do you do to manage your time oor increase productivity?
In my quest to manage my time and become more productive, I always enjoy planning my day before tomorrow so that I would already know what I need to concentrate on the next morning. I divide my tasks into small objectives and assign a deadline to each task and this helps me avoid procrastinating.
My favorite hack is to do the most challenging one first--this provides me with the notion that I am accomplishing something early in the day. I further reduce my distractions by silencing my phone to ensure that I can concentrate well. By taking small pauses whenever I am fatigued, instead of working until I am worn out, I always develop some form of energy. I can accomplish more work without being exhausted by being organized, selective in my efforts and clever by combining work with small pieces of relaxation.
What is your most effective or favorite life hack that could benefit others?
Making reflection at the end of the day and having clear priorities at the beginning of the one is one of my most effective life hacks. To do list at the start of every new day, I identify the three things that I need to accomplish, regardless of anything. This helps me stay on track with what is really important rather than losing track with matters that are not of much importance. I also employ the use of reminders on my phone so as to keep on schedule and not forget essential items.
The next effective habit is knowing how to say no to distractions or things I need to do but are conflicts with my objectives. And I spend some time also reflecting on what I did and what I should do better the following day in the evening. This basic practice has kept me consistent and it has made me evade stress and progress gradually towards my objectives.
