My Tuesday breakfast// Rice & Beans with pepper soup.
Tuesday, 10th June, dawned bright and early, and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I began by observing my morning devotion, taking a moment to reflect and set intentions for the day ahead. Feeling invigorated, I decided to get a head start on the day by doing a bit of cleaning. I grabbed the mop and quickly tidied up the floor, feeling a sense of accomplishment with each swipe.
Next, I headed to the bathroom to brush my teeth and freshen up. The cool water and minty toothpaste helped increase my alertness, and I felt ready to take on the day. With my morning routine complete, I made my way to the kitchen, eager to start cooking my breakfast.

I had decided the previous day that I would be making a hearty rice and beans dish, accompanied by a spicy pepper soup. I knew that beans took a while to cook, so I got started right away.
As the beans simmered away, filling the kitchen with their rich aroma, I prepared the rice and peppersoup. The sizzle of onions and peppers in the pot, combined with the gentle bubbling of the beans, created a symphony of sounds that tantalized my taste buds.
