Today I will talk about a budget-friendly restaurant in Bangladesh. They have outlets in almost every area of Dhaka. I like their food very much. They have created their menu with students in mind. If you have a budget of 500 taka (3/4 dollar). But this may be the best choice for you. The restaurant I was talking about so much is called "Kudus". They have 16 branches in Dhaka. They also have 3 restaurants outside Dhaka. I have been to 3 branches in Dhaka. Mohammadpur, Bashundhara, Uttara. I found the food quality to be good in every restaurant. There are a total of 7 owners of this restaurant. I had the opportunity to talk to one of them. He is a very nice person. Talking to him, I learned how they started it and how they have grown this restaurant.
Kudo Cafe
Location:
I am giving the location of 2 branches.
Uttara Branch: Near Meena Bazar, 71 plot, Gause Azam Road, Sector 14, Uttara, Dhaka. You can visit Mina Bazar, located on Azam Road, Sector 14, Gaus, by taking a rickshaw from anywhere in Uttara. I am just giving the Google Map link of Uttara Branch.
It is open from 11 am to 10 pm. It is open on Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm. It is open 7 days a week.
Mohammadpur Branch: Opposite Mohammadpur Women's College, Nurjahan Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
You can visit their official Facebook page
Menu:
Their most popular snack items are fries, wedges, and coffee. However, they have added a few loaded meat boxes to their menu. They have 3 types of rice items. The rice items don't seem very special to me. However, you will get 3 flavors of rice. Garlic, Corn. I like their meatboxes better.

Name of food | price |
Cold coffee | 0.74/1.19 dollar (90Tk/145Tk) |
Hot chips | 1.23 Dollar (149tk) |
Masala potatoes | 1.23 Dollar (149 tk) |
Environment:
They have seats for 2 people, 4 people, and 8 people. Their restaurant was very clean. They have a little cafe-type zone on the left side. Which they named Kudo Cafe. It is worth mentioning that they do not have a smoking zone. They have some places to take pictures. There is no separate bathroom in their washroom, which I found a little disappointing.

I’ve struggled to find spots that feel both chill and tasty in Thailand. One place that surprised me in a good way was https://khumhomrestaurant.com — their vibe is cozy and the food isn’t overcomplicated, just really nice flavors. It’s a good break from the usual places, and it’s not too loud either, so I could actually talk with my friends without yelling.
