Happy World tea Day ( all photo is created by uixi deign)
My favorite drink is tea. Tea is a silent companion of my life. Be it the start of a busy day or a tired evening—a cup of tea is like a refuge for me. However, the morning starts with drinking green tea. When I am panting under the pressure of studying, new enthusiasm comes flooding into the cup of tea. Sometimes alone, sometimes shared with someone dear, tea makes my time colorful in different colors at every moment.
Especially, every day is full of tea chats with my elder brother. Many of my friends are fans of coffee, but I have retained this pure love for tea in my own way 😀. My favorite tea is green tea—it does not have any extra fuss, but rather has a kind of light tranquility. I have both raw and dried tea leaves with me. Which I combine with my nature.
Sitting with a steaming cup of tea in my hand on a winter morning, I see life with new eyes and often realize old memories. Sometimes I feel that tea is not just a drink—it is a feeling, exclusively my own. With this tea, I find my inner self, spend time with myself. Tea understands me, and I understand its silent sweetness. That is why my love for tea is eternal—silent, pure, and unconditional. Here I have designed 10 teas, each of which has different benefits.
We know that herbal tea means tea from various plants. Herbal tea is a healthy drink full of natural ingredients. It helps in increasing immunity, improving digestion and reducing stress. However, I drink it before going to bed to give fresh sleep. This antioxidant-rich tea removes toxins from the body, reduces inflammation and maintains good heart health. It also plays a role in weight control and increasing skin radiance, which is helpful in maintaining an overall healthy life. However, drinking it without sugar provides more benefits. Similarly, green tea helps our body to burn toxic fat. It also helps in increasing our memory power. Black tea also helps in strengthening us.
Assam tea and black tea are generally caffeine-rich and help to keep the body fresh and active. Their antioxidants are helpful in reducing the risk of heart disease and improving the digestive process. Darjeeling tea, known for its aroma and mild taste, also contains antioxidants that can boost immunity. However, due to its high price, the demand in the market is low. White tea and matcha tea are especially known for their high antioxidant content. These teas protect the body's cells from damage, reduce inflammation and can help reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.
On the other hand, ginger tea is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which can help with digestion, reduce nausea and provide relief from common ailments like colds and coughs. Which is now being used in our villages.

Similarly, lemon tea is also consumed to enhance the taste. In short, drinking tea regularly has a positive role in our overall well-being. Therefore, according to the world theory, it is seen that about 2 billion people drink tea every day.
