Pharmacy Dot Com is located on the west side of Habra Chowpati Bazar, Parbatipur Upazila, Dinajpur District. It is not part of any chain. It is a local independent pharmacy. However, many companies from Bangladesh sell their products here. Sujan Roy Chowdhury gave this pharmacy in 2019. Since then, he has been serving the people.

This is a small pharmacy. The length of this pharmacy is 30 feet and the width is 10 feet. It is a small but comfortable and modern pharmacy. Each department of this pharmacy is arranged separately. There are separate sectors for medicines, supplements, skin care, cosmetics and baby care each which can be easily separated and ensure customer service. These departments are marked separately with markers.

In addition to over-the-counter medicines, prescription-only medicines are also available here. Basically, the medicines that are recommended by local doctors are collected here first.Health supplements, herbal remedies, personal care, if we look at this pharmacy, then most of them are available. Health supplements are available here. Herbal remedies are available here because it is a completely chemical-dependent pharmacy. And personal care products are not available there. Only shampoo and toothpaste are available.

The price of medicines here is comparatively lower than other places. They sell medicines at a much lower price because 100 to 150 customers buy medicines in their shop every day, due to which they sell medicines at a lower price. They do not have any membership or loyalty point system to give discounts. However, if someone buys medicines in large quantities here, they give a 10% discount.
Only trusted brands and safe medicines are available in this pharmacy. No drugs or medicines that are used for bad purposes are sold here. Strict security is provided for expired medicines here. Expired medicines are filled in a carton and buried, and sometimes they are thrown into the river. So that no animals or birds are harmed. Also, even if any medicine is suspicious, they are buried in the ground. At least this pharmacy is 100% trustworthy.
Pharmacy owner
The pharmacist who is basically here is a trained one. He is trained by a doctor of a clinic hospital and his assistant who works in this pharmacy. Since the founder of this pharmacy is a doctor, he easily gets an idea about various diseases and cooperates accordingly. He can always give good advice to the patient. They sell medicines as well as provide various health advice. I mentioned earlier that he is a doctor. So he has good knowledge about the use of medicines and hygiene.

This pharmacy can accommodate five people at a time. Other patients have to stand outside for some time or take serials to buy medicine. There is a parking facility for specific vehicles here. Bicycles and motorcycles can be kept here for 7 to 8 at a time, but there is no parking facility for cars or other large vehicles. Delivery service is not yet available here, but it is expected to be launched in the near future.This pharmacy is not open 24 hours a day and does not provide any emergency services. It is mainly open from 5 pm to 10:30 pm.

The counters here are always kept clean. Every day, the leveling of medicines is checked before the start of sales in the pharmacy. If the leveling of medicines is not correct, they are considered rejected. Since the Corona pandemic, security has been strengthened here, especially body temperature measurement and free surgical masks are distributed to patients. In addition, all patients who are checked up regularly are washed with hand sanitizer.

One of the reasons for liking this pharmacy is the founder of this pharmacy, my sir. He is our English teacher. He also works as an assistant doctor in a clinic. He always gives us ideas about various diseases and I like this pharmacy more because of the camping about it. My memorable service from this pharmacy was when my hair started growing, he gave me a suggestion and according to this suggestion I took food and took medicine and my hair loss stopped.
