Today I will discuss about Parbatipur Shah Hotel. Parbatipur Shah Hotel is a famous food hotel in Dinajpur district, located just east of Parbatipur Railway Station. This hotel is very well known among the tea lovers of North Bengal. Not only tea, Shah Hotel is also widely appreciated for its delicious and quality food.
The founder of this hotel was Md. Saifur Rahman Shah, after his death, the current owner Md. Arafat Shah, who is running this establishment with great efficiency along with his two brothers. With the concerted efforts of the three brothers, Shah Hotel has become one of the most popular food destinations in North Bengal today.
A total of 60 employees work in this hotel, who are divided into three shifts and are serving customers day and night relentlessly. Being close to Parbatipur railway station, this hotel is open 24 hours, so that passengers can have a place to eat at any time. They cannot properly manage the demand of the people with the amount of food they prepare every day.
Therefore, they have not yet come under the online delivery service for their food, they only serve food to guests who come directly to the hotel. The design of their hotel is very aesthetic. The hotel has air coolers and various paintings. They sell juices along with food. They have earned a lot of reputation by making juices with fresh fruits. The quality of the juices they make is the best.
The food menu of Shah Hotel includes biryani, tehari, beef, mutton, dal, vegetables and many other traditional dishes. Recently, they have started making burger sandwiches, which is why students visit this hotel more. Apart from this, another notable aspect of this hotel is their special roti made with their own ghee.
I myself went to Shah Hotel yesterday with a friend of mine just to taste this ghee roti and tea. When I went there, I found that the taste of the roti was very tasty and appetizing, which is very famous locally. The taste of the tea was also wonderful, which further increases the popularity of the hotel. We mainly ate roti and vegetables for lunch. It took 7 steems to fill the stomachs of two people.
Not only the quality of the food, but the environment here is also clean and the sincere treatment of the guests is noticeable. At the end of the meal, they serve a special kind of masala which I like. Another important aspect of the hotel is that the desserts made here are also very popular, which is a matter of pride for the people of Parbatipur. All in all, Parbatipur Shah Hotel is not just a food place, but it has become a proud part of the food culture of North Bengal. For me, the food of this hotel is the best, I eat here almost every day.
