Through this competition, I have been able to prove that even familiar dishes can be presented in a different way and given a new taste. There were 3 writers in this competition. Behind the recipes of the competition were childhood memories, the taste of mother's hands and some of my own creative additions. Which impressed me a lot. Most importantly, this contest has helped the writers to appreciate their love for cooking anew. Many thanks to the culinary artists for providing such a beautiful recipe. I will be present with more recipes in the future.
