Duckter Outlet, Fried Duck Specialist in Banda Aceh

Duckter Outlet, Fried Duck Specialist, is located in a strategic area in Banda Aceh, namely Jalan Prof. Ali Hasyimi, Pango Raya, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City. In general, this Duckter outlet has been established for almost ten years. However, previously, this culinary business started from a cart on the side of the road.

Over time, this business continued to grow until finally selling in a stall. After that, they moved to the current place with a fairly attractive location.

Front side

The founder of this Duckter outlet is named Fauzan Rizal. He is a civil engineering graduate from Syiah Kuala University. He pioneered this fried duck business on a small scale. Initially starting from a small cart. For years, he survived with his merchandise.

Over time, Fauzan managed to build his business. After starting to grow, he poured capital to rent a larger place. No longer selling from a cart. Since opening the outlet, Fuazan has continued to manage his own management.

He employs 15 people to run his business. Each has its own portion of tasks and work schedule. Everything is arranged in such a way that the wheels of life of the outlet can run well.

In the last three months, the Duckter outlet, a fried duck specialist, has moved to a new place. Although still on the same street, this location is much more representative than before.

This outlet is a permanent one-story building. Quite neat. The building is dominated by white and blue on the interior walls. This gives a clean and cheerful impression. Although simple, the terrace feels warm. Moreover, it is decorated with minimalist hanging lamps. Seen from the outside, it gives a fairly comfortable impression.

Meanwhile, the arrangement of the wooden tables and chairs is also quite simple. It looks neat, indeed suitable for the atmosphere of a modern food stall. On the other hand, strong lighting gives an attractive impression when viewed from a distance. To add to the sweet impression, several ornamental plants are placed in the corners and pillars.

As soon as you enter, I'm sure you will immediately feel comfortable. Because, even though the place is relatively small, the atmosphere will make you feel at home there for a long time. If there is a drawback, this place is noisy. It is indeed a bit noisy here because it is located right on the edge of a busy highway.

Appearance from Outside to Inside

Every customer who wants to enjoy duck or fried chicken dishes here, just come to the cashier. Then order the desired food menu. After paying, you will be given a receipt and get a queue number in the form of a small plaque.

After that, you just find the seat you want. You can sit in the open area, or in the side room painted blue. You can also sit in front under the fairly bright industrial chandelier.

I saw that the employees were quite professional in serving customers. Both those who eat in (dine in) and those who take away. As far as I have observed, there have been no complaints from customers.

For me personally, all the menu needs that I ordered were in accordance with expectations. Nothing was lacking.

Facilities

Although the place is narrow, the owner of this outlet really pays attention to the cleanliness of the place. The toilets here are sparkling clean. There is also a children's play area, although it is only small. Likewise, a prayer room is also available here.

In my opinion, on a small scale, all supporting facilities are available.

Even people with disabilities have no difficulty reaching this place.

There may be some shortcomings here. All employees are not in uniform, so it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between potential customers and waiters. Because this business is still in the development stage, management has not been able to carry out routine promotions or hold discount packages.

Even so, so far there have been no significant obstacles in the communication network with its customers. As a culinary entrepreneur who is starting to develop, Fauzan admitted that he would continue to try to make several breakthroughs in the future, starting from promotions, to other programs that support his business.
