So aceh people will buy meat to cook and enjoy with family members. For the spices I bought, the price is IDR 15,000.00, for the size of one kilogram of meat. or equivalent to 6.73, steem price IDR 2,226.73. As for other spices that are easier to process, I try to prepare them myself at home.
Assorted spices that have been ground. Starting from chili to coconut gongseng, which makes the dish very fragrant and delicious in addition to the addition of curry leaves, fragrant pandanus, salam, sere and turmeric leaves specifically in rendang dishes. We only need to say about the spices we want to buy and the amount or price we want.
The seller directly serves the buyer, according to the request. The seller deftly mixes the spices that have been ground beforehand. The point is that we don't have to wait long, our order spices are just prepared.
It's best to avoid long queues. We come before meugang day comes. Sometimes, to buy less spices, you have to queue longer. Especially if you have to queue with mothers, who are said to be very busy preparing dishes for their families. As men we have to give in of course.
Although this is not a main ingredient, it is just a substitute for lime or lemon. But without tamarind the dish will taste less delicious. Even meat will look less attractive if we don't give it a certain amount of tamarind.
