I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. There is a beautiful and amazing contest. The name of the contest is "Lifestyle & Productivity". The contest organised by @mainuna. I am going to share my thoughts. I hope everyone will like my post.
We do a lot of work from the time we wake up in the morning until we go to sleep at night. We forget to do many things and wake up, but if we follow a routine, we spend every moment much better. A chaotic life brings danger to people. A healthy diet every day makes it easier for us to stay healthy.
What does your daily routine look like? (From the start of your morning to bedtime)
I wake up early in the morning. I freshen up. After that I go to the mosque to offer Fajr prayers. After offering prayers, I go out and walk on the street for a while. When the cool morning air hits my body, I feel a different kind of coolness. My whole body feels cold. After returning home, I have breakfast. Then I leave for the office. I work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and then return home. After returning home, I take a shower and freshen up. I give time to my family in the evening. Especially, I make my son study. Then I eat dinner and go to bed. I try to sleep very early. Especially, I fall asleep between 10:00 and 10:30 PM Because sleeping early is good for health.
Which health or food habit has helped you the most?
Yes, we should all have some good habits that will benefit our daily health. I try to walk every morning. I often walk in the afternoon too. When your body is exercised, blood circulation in your body is good, excess fat is lost, food digestion is facilitated, all the muscles of the body are active, and sleep is good. I often play football in the afternoon. Sports help keep the body fit and healthy.
I have some good eating habits. I always have a good breakfast in the morning. I also eat moderately later. And I try to have light meals at night. I try to include vegetables in my daily diet. Vegetables meet the carbohydrate requirements of our body. I try to have cucumber salad with my meals every day. Cucumber meets 75 percent of our body's water requirements. It helps in removing excess body fat. I drink a lot less soft drinks.
What do you do to manage your time or increase productivity?
I make time for all the tasks that I have to do. From office work to spending time with my family, I try to do all the tasks equally. I am successful in this work because of my discipline. Some good habits and rules will make your life beautiful.
What is your most effective or favorite life hack that could benefit others?
One of my favorite and most effective life hacks is to do the right thing at the right time. When you decide to do something, do it on time. Because from my personal experience, I have seen that I have left something to do but then it was not done or the small tasks piled up into a mountain. So, if you do things on time, your mind is light and it is easier to focus on big things. So my most effective life hack is to do things on time and not leave them for later. I think my life hack system will benefit all Steemit friends.

Doing the right thing at the right time is truly a life hack everyone should know and use because not knowing when to do a thing has its own effect and might endanger our lives.
