Wallet 🕒 Hot News Time Master Contest 2025
Assalam o alaikum.
Hello my steemit friends I hope you are all doing well. My dream is to become a great heart doctor one day inshAllah. To reach this goal I must use my time in a smart way. Time is very precious in a student’s life. If we waste it we will feel sorry later. In this post I will share my personal thoughts and daily habits about time management. I believe that when we manage time properly we feel more happy relaxed and successful.
What rule do you follow the most in time management every day and why?
The rule i follow the most every day is “Plan your day before it starts.” This is a simple rule but very helpful for me. Every night before going to sleep I make a list of things I have to do the next day. I write it in my notebook or mobile notes. I divide my tasks into study time family time rest time and free time. When i wake up in the morning i already know what i have to do this saves my energy and time. I don’t waste time thinking about what to do next. It also helps me stay focused. I feel relaxed when my day is organized.
When do you feel like you waste the most time? Why?
I waste the most time when i start using my phone without any goal. Sometimes say to myself "I will check Instagram for 5 minutes " but it becomes 1 hour! I also watch short videos and one after another keeps coming. I forget about my study or housework. After wasting time like this i feel very bad. The reason is that phones are designed to grab our attention. I think this is a big problem for many people. Now i am trying to control this habit. I try to use the phone only after completing important tasks.
Do you have any effective time management tools or apps that you use?
Yes i use a few simple tools to manage my time better. The first one is the Google Calendar. I add reminders for my classes assignments exams and personal plans. It gives me alerts and never forget important things. I also use the Notes app to make daily to-do lists. I write 4 to 5 important tasks only not too many so do not feel pressure. One more helpful method i used is the Pomodoro Timer. It means i study for 25–30 minutes then take a 5-minute breaks. This makes me stay fresh and focused.
What is your most effective strategy for balancing study/work and personal life?
My most effective strategy is to make time for both – study and relaxation. I believe if we only study all the time we feel tired and bored. And if we only enjoy we feel lazy and regret it later. So I try to create a balance. I study mostly in the morning hours when my mind is fresh. After studying I take breaks. In the evening I spend time with my family or friends. I also watch something or go for a walk. This routine keeps me active and happy. I also avoid multitasking because doing many things at once makes me slow and confused.
What changes do you want to make in time management in the next 1 month?
In the next one month I want to improve my morning routine. I wake up late sometimes and feel lazy. I want to wake up earlier at 6:00 AM. I want to start my day with a calm mind maybe do a little exercise or prayer. I also want to make time for reading books for personal growth not just medical books. This will improve my general knowledge and thinking. Another change I want is to limit my phone use to 2 hours a day. Right now spend too much time on it. These small steps will help me become better and more successful in time management.
Time is a gift that we all get equally. But how we use it makes the difference. Some people achieve great things because they value every minute. Others lose time in useless things i wants to be the person who uses time wisely. I am not perfect but i try to improve every day i believe we can all become time masters if we learn from our mistakes and follow a simple routine. Thank you for reading my post i hopes it helps or inspires someone. 😊
