Talking about healthy food eating what will come in your mind first? Eating well prepared food with all the items inside the food. For me is not that essential to put all the stuffs or items in other to make your food small nice but at the end taste as shit.

But please don't get me all wrong that is not healthy when you put all stuffs in your food. All are good but doing it in the right way. Cause our body is like a machine which may malfunction because of inappropriate items use causing us to the toilet frequency or vomiting.

Eating what is good to your body where by you have understand the routine of your body and know foods that are healthy to your body because nutritious meals helps to boost and prevent diseases from causing us illnesses, Providing us with enough energy levels. ‎

Avoiding junk food or unboiled meals also helps in supporting good health. Cause it is said that what we take in determine us. Eating healthy food don't only lyes on eating balanced diet. Causing of the economy of our country this days many have decided to eat what is right for them by understanding their body system in other to adapt to the economy of the country.

‎Here are some food that can boost the body system: ‎- Healthy fats: like avocado and nuts to help in the brain and healthy heart ‎- Water: proper taking of water can help and will always help in keeping the body hydrated and reducing waste. ‎- Fruits and vegetables: Full of vitamins that protects the body from easy disease. ‎ ‎Eating regular and proper, can go a long way from you suffering from diabetes, obesity, heart diseases. remember food also help in nourishing the skins and make you free alive. I think and I know without food. It will be hard for us to continue our daily activities as humans.

In summary eating good food and thanking enough of water after meal can go a long way for us. Cause food and water is on it own way medication to we all. There is this saying When you eat well, your body will function well. ‎
