Hello Steemians! welcome to my blog. First and foremost I want to thank the organizer of this contest. @mainuna you did so well to come up with this thoughtful contest.
Just read along and learn.

1️⃣ What does your daily routine look like? (From the start of your morning to bedtime)

Here is how I always spend my time daily. I'm going to break it down to a list.

First and foremost when I wake up I go out for cycling. This is my way of exercising daily.

Second, When I return from cycling I hit the bathroom. I shower with cold water. That's cool.

Third, I make my meal or microwave any remnant. I'm a bachelor. I cook my own meals. I stopped eating outside this year. Eating outside is a waste of money. And sometimes those meals aren't as healthy as my home cooked dishes.

Forth, I either start working on a new job or continue with an incomplete one. I draw everyday. It's my full time job. I don't play with it. I can't go a day without working. If for any reason I don't work then I will never feel fulfilled for that day. I always work from morning till evening.

However I observe breaks by eating lunch and walking around a bit to avoid the danger of sitting for too long.

fifth, I will microwave my remnant food for evening meal (dinner). Sometime I take naps in the afternoon just to while away time.

Lastly, before going to bed I will log into my steemit blog to read notifications for the day. Then when I'm done replying and commenting on people's post I will then check on @disconnect timeline to see if there's any contest I can participate in. When I find one I will pour out my heart with my phone's note pad and post it ASAP.
Then I will take my evening shower to aid me sleep better.

2️⃣ Which health or food habit has helped you the most?

Exercise and home cooked meals has really played a tremendous role in my mental, physical, emotional health.
I try as much as possible to include natural plant in my meal instead of preserved can or sachet products. I eat healthy meals. Homemade. I exercise regularly. Cycling is my favourite form of exercising. I bought myself a bicycle for that purpose. I also bought myself a gas cylinder so I can stop eating outside.

3️⃣ What do you do to manage your time or increase productivity?

Life is too short. I don't play with time. Time is the only commodity you can't get back once it is gone. I focus on my job. I don't hangout with unproductive people. My time is limited to what I love doing which is my career.
Drawing and painting has really made me achieve a lot. I intentionally bend all my attention to working resting and spending time with family members.
I don't party unnecessarily.
I don't indulge in unproductive activities.
I don't distract myself with things that aren't on my priority list.
I don't hangout with other people outside my field.
I manage my time wisely.

4️⃣ What is your most effective or favorite life hack that could benefit others?

I have so many life hacks that can benefit others. They all summed up to one word which is "ESCAPISM". Escapism has really helped me adapt to this tough world. If it really worked for me then it will definitely work for another person.
I didn't know about escapism until I started practicing it.

✓. Make sure you do what you love as a job. Never pick or accept a job that doesn't make you happy doing it. Talking from my experience I always feel so happy when people pay me to do what makes me happy. I'm an artist. I get paid for imitating God.

✓. Learn how to write like I'm doing here. Blogging is another way of positive escapism. I have gained a lot from writing. It has brighten my intellectual horizon. Writing and reading will make you bright. Remember learning never stops till the day you die.
I didn't know I could be so intelligent until I joined steemit.
Learn to write daily.

✓. Listening to uplifting songs can also help you escape reality too. When I set out to work I play music or motivational speech that keeps me entertained while working. If you try this hack you will thank me later.

✓. Exercise regularly. I can't elaborate on this. Just make sure you do something that flex your muscles and keep your heart beating. The significance of exercise is really enjoying when you know what you want.

✓. Sleep better. Adequate sleep will heal your brain and replenish your dead cells and renew your strength for another time. Take naps during the day. Sleep when you're tired.

✓. Get a hobby. Learn something new when you get the opportunity. This will help you stay young mentally. Don't claim that you're too old to learn something new from other people. Life is beautiful when you flow along with it.

✓. Eat your foods like medicine else you will eat your medicine like food during old age. Don't eat junks for fun sake. Life is too short, don't make it shorter. Your meals will either make you or mar you. Learn to cook by yourself. restaurants and other eateries use too much spicy in their meals and that's not good for your health.

✓. Don't try doing things that are never productive. Escapism does not mean you should indulge in alcohol, hard drugs, gaming and other negative escapism. Time is ticking always. Don't waste your time on things that will not help you grow.
Stay away from every form of negative escapism.

Nothing is more important in life than freedom. I'm always excited that I'm as free as a bird. That's enough for me to stay sound, sane and healthy.
