The Diary Game: 30-05-2025 || Friday Reflections ||
Morning Activities
I headed to the bathroom to get myself and the kids ready for the day. We all brushed our teeth , and the kids took their bath while I showered and got dressed.
After our morning routine, we gathered around the table for breakfast, which my wife had lovingly prepared. The aroma of freshly cooked food filled the air, and we enjoyed our meal together as a family. With full bellies and a sense of purpose
I left the house with the kids, using public transport to drop them off at school.
The morning commute was smooth, and I watched as my kids disappeared into the classroom.
As I made my way to the office, I felt a sense of focus wash over me. I immersed myself in my work, attending to my duties with diligence.
However, my routine was interrupted when I received noticed that the burial of late father of one of our colleagues that was scheduled on Friday. We were informed that a motor was ready to take us to the burial venue, and at 11am, we set off to pay our last respects.
Afternoon activities
I took a moment to console her, offering words of comfort and reassurance.
The ceremony concluded at 2:15 PM, and we left the venue, heading back to the office.
As we arrived at the office at 3:12 pm, I was reminded that it was the last Friday of the month, which meant it was time for our monthly ritual celebrating the birthdays of staff members whose birthdays fall within the month.
Evening Activities

We gathered in a festive mood, enjoying drinks and cake as music played in the background.
The atmosphere was lively, and we took turns cutting the cake and wishing e Them well.
The birthday celebration came to an end at 5:30 pm, and I headed home, feeling exhausted but fulfilled. After freshening up, I took my dinner, savoring the flavors and textures of the meal. As the night drew to a close, I retired to my bed, feeling grateful for the day's experiences and the opportunity to connect with my colleagues and family.
