Even if you excuse Andrew Huberman's constant lying to juggle 6 gfs as "just alpha male stuff" (I don't agree but will concede here for purposes of argument)...

He's still a total hypocrite, because he preached dopamine sobriety while living as an out-of-control dopamine addict.

I'm not here to tell anyone if or how much to believe his claims going forward, or debate exactly what degree of lying & STD-spreading is beyond the pale for a celeb in 2024.

I'm here to point out that he had no integrity with his audience, not "just" in his personal life.

He warned about the dangers of dopamine & bragged about his lifestyle of dopamine control that avoided excitement...
While living the secret life of a sex/love addict with all its highs and lows, cravings and rewards, deceits and close calls.

IMO it's real dumb to defend that, as many (sadly) are.
