Do you believe judgment needs the help of balance? Share your views.

While making a decision, we must consider several factors to maintain balance, as judgment-making is an important task.

Balance greatly impacts our judgment, especially when we are in a responsible position and working on important plans. In that case we must consider the impact that our decision will have on people, our company, and, in a broader context, the economy of our country and the entire world.

I have always been very careful in my official capacity when I had to take important decisions and I was under tremendous pressure but I never listened to my self interest but always did something which was in wider interest of my company and those who deserved it. So one should come out of me, my and mine while making an important judgement.

To make an important decision, one must keep the bigger picture in mind, which is only possible through balanced judgment.

Decisions should be made by evaluating estimates and outcomes. Judgment is not solely based on figures but it depends on various factors. One poor decision can determine the entire future, whereas a good judgment is one that is completely balanced, and that balance justifies your choice.

How much does balance help us make correct judgments? Describe!

Here comes the million-dollar question "How much should be considered while making a judgment?"

Judgment should be based on position and situation. It requires a perfect balance between your feelings and your mind. The impact you desire for the future and how favorable it will be depends on your mindset and the situation at the time of making a judgment. You must know how to balance your judgment according to the current situation properly.

Do you believe balance and judgment are two sides of the same coin? Justify!

The answer is both yes and no, but it is not as simple as that. We should recreate as many facts and estimates as possible to see the possibilities, making it easier to reach a balanced judgment.

I know that while making a firm judgement, numerous necessary and unnecessary thoughts run through our minds, which complicate our decision-making process.

However, we must make a judgment that is just right, balanced, and has the appropriate impact. We should remember that if anything goes wrong, we bear full responsibility for the outcome.

I would say it acts as a test for us, and if we learn to maintain a balance in our thought processes, emotions, and end results, we can undoubtedly make a good judgment.

Conclusion:

Yes, I believe that balance is essential for decision-making, and it helps us make the right decisions. Balance and decision-making are two sides of the same coin, but this is only possible if we overcome our emotions, avoid bias, and maintain a positive mindset.

This was such a soul-stirring read, thank you so much for the invite 🙏🏽.

I’ve learned that judgment without balance is like trying to carry a heavy pot of soup with one hand; it’s only a matter of time before something spills. Your reflections reminded me of the many moments I had to choose not just what was right for me, but what was right for those around me, too.

Balance, to me, is that silent voice that asks, “But what if this affects more than just you?” And in those moments of pause, we find wisdom.

Like you beautifully pointed out, it’s not always about numbers or quick wins, it’s about impact, about people, about legacy.

I especially connected with your line about coming out of “me, my, and mine.” That line held me for a moment. Because in a world that constantly pulls us toward self-preservation, choosing balance is an act of quiet courage.

Again, thank you for this reminder. May we all continue to grow into people whose decisions carry not just weight, but kindness, clarity, and responsibility.

Wow, you have already written an entire article on judgement and balance. I am trying to judge whether my post is better or your comment which says it all 👍.

Hahahahaahaha.
Yours obviously!!!

I have a question for you in discord.

Ok, thanks
